These days I get to discuss quite a lot about digital and brand strategy, it’s part of my role as UX lead to connect both worlds, to digitise experience and brand values across all digital touchpoints. Brand is a whole different world from the one I grew and study, but it’s something that fundamentally triggers something within each one of us and when I come across a neatly done piece of brand communication, it’s impossible not to admire it and aim to deliver equally engaging experience and products.
